Privacy Policy
At aceh4d, your personal data is handled with care, transparency, and strict security controls. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you hold over your information as a registered member of our platform.
How aceh4d Protects Your Data
Six core pillars that define how we approach data privacy for every aceh4d member across Malaysia.
256-Bit SSL Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and the aceh4d platform is protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Your login credentials, payment details, and personal information travel securely at all times.
No Data Selling
aceh4d does not sell, lease, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances. Your information is used exclusively to operate, improve, and secure your account and our services.
Your Rights, Respected
You hold meaningful rights over your data — including the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of your personal information. We honour these requests promptly and without unnecessary barriers.
Minimal Data Collection
We collect only the personal data that is necessary for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and fraud prevention. We do not collect data speculatively or in excess of what the service requires.
Controlled Third-Party Sharing
Where data must be shared with third parties — such as payment processors like DuitNow, FPX, or Touch'n Go eWallet, or identity verification providers — we do so only under contractual data protection obligations and on a strictly need-to-know basis.
Clear Retention Limits
Personal data is not held indefinitely. We apply defined retention periods based on the purpose of collection and applicable legal obligations. Data no longer needed for its original purpose is securely deleted or anonymised.

Right to Restrict Processing
You may request that we temporarily halt processing of your data while a rectification or objection request is under review, or where processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction to deletion.
Right to Data Portability
Where processing is based on your consent or a contract, you may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another service provider.
Right to Object
You may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including profiling for fraud prevention purposes, where you have grounds relating to your particular situation. You may also object to direct marketing at any time, without condition.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
