1. Introduction

Welcome to aceh4d (referred to in these Terms as "aceh4d", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and aceh4d governing your access to and use of the aceh4d website located at https://aceh4d.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and aceh4d.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the aceh4d Platform by a User.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reload offer granted by aceh4d to a User under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the aceh4d website at https://aceh4d.cam, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and associated services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet through before it may be withdrawn as cash.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to aceh4d and its licensed operating entity.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the aceh4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• 3.1 You must be at least 21 years of age. aceh4d strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• 3.2 You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• 3.3 You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of using the Platform.
• 3.4 You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of aceh4d or any of its affiliated service providers.
• 3.5 You must not have had an Account previously closed by aceh4d for breach of these Terms.
• 3.6 You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or a cross-platform gambling exclusion programme in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• 4.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• 4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. aceh4d will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.
• 4.3 You must notify aceh4d immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our customer support team via live chat.
• 4.4 Account registration details must match the payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies between Account name and payment method name may result in withdrawal delays or account verification requests.
• 4.5 aceh4d reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at any time without obligation to provide a reason, provided that any Real Money Balance is returned to the User through the original payment method.

5. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. aceh4d supports the following deposit channels for Malaysian users:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow Instant Transfer
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards
• USDT and selected cryptocurrency networks

• 5.1 The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per week depending on your Account status and verification level.
• 5.2 Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for e-wallet and FPX channels under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside aceh4d's control, though our support team will assist in tracing delayed transactions.
• 5.3 All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• 5.4 aceh4d does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which aceh4d is not responsible.
• 5.5 Deposits made to the Platform are held in accounts segregated from aceh4d's operational funds and are used solely for the purpose of funding Player Balances.

6. Withdrawals

• 6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. aceh4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 6.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, the User must have completed full KYC identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• 6.3 Withdrawals of funds associated with an active Bonus are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being fully met prior to processing. Attempting to withdraw Bonus funds before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the Bonus being removed from your Balance.
• 6.4 Standard e-wallet withdrawal processing time (Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow) is typically under 15 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 30 minutes to 2 business hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
• 6.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on Account tier and verification level. VIP members may request higher limits by contacting their account manager or support team.
• 6.6 aceh4d reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving withdrawal requests. The User will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal and the expected resolution timeframe.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

aceh4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

• 7.1 Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance portion of your Account and are subject to the stated Wagering Requirement before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• 7.2 Unless specifically stated, bonuses are available to new Users only for welcome offers, and to existing Users as specified for reload or loyalty promotions.
• 7.3 aceh4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a User has already claimed it in good faith and met the stated conditions, any accrued qualifying Bonus will be honoured.
• 7.4 The following activities constitute Bonus Abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the Bonus and may result in Account closure: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; using coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; providing false information to qualify for a promotion; any form of collusion between Users in relation to bonus exploitation.
• 7.5 Wagering Requirement contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the requirement. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 7.6 Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus balances and associated winnings will be removed from your Account without compensation.

8. Betting Rules

• 8.1 All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the User's responsibility to verify bet details — including selection, stake, and market — before confirming.
• 8.2 aceh4d reserves the right to void any bet that was placed, accepted, or settled due to a system error, manifest pricing error, or data feed failure. Affected Users will be notified and stakes refunded.
• 8.3 In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant match events, data feed interruptions, or risk management decisions. Bets placed before a suspension event will be settled based on the available market data at the time the bet was accepted.
• 8.4 Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits vary by sport, event, odds, and Account status. aceh4d reserves the right to amend bet limits for individual Users or markets without prior notice.
• 8.5 Sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and all other offered leagues are settled according to official competition results. Abandoned or postponed matches are settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market.
• 8.6 Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcome of any game round is final once the game software confirms the result. Disputes regarding casino game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aceh4d Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, forfeiture of Balance may apply, and aceh4d reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies where applicable.

• 9.1 Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• 9.2 Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation.
• 9.3 Exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Users who identify errors are required to notify support immediately rather than exploit them.
• 9.4 Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or promotion.
• 9.5 Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other unlawful financial transaction. aceh4d is required to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• 9.6 Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• 9.7 Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP obfuscation technology.
• 9.8 Any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses aceh4d staff or other Users.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

• 10.1 aceh4d may suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
• 10.2 Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, aceh4d reserves the right to retain the full Account Balance, including any Real Money Balance, where that Balance is connected to the breach activity (e.g., funds derived from Bonus Abuse or fraudulent deposits).
• 10.3 Where an Account is closed for reasons not related to breach by the User (e.g., commercial decision, licensing change, or market exit), aceh4d will return the full Real Money Balance via the User's last used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
• 10.4 Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules before the Account is deactivated.
• 10.5 Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administration fee of up to RM10 per month applied to the remaining Balance, after 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

11. Responsible Gambling

aceh4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help Users maintain control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set thresholds on net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or session cutoffs based on time played.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the stated exclusion period.

Users under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using this Platform. aceh4d employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

• 12.1 All content on the aceh4d Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of aceh4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• 12.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of any Platform content.
• 12.3 Any unauthorised use of aceh4d's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal proceedings.

13. Limitation of Liability

• 13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aceh4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
• 13.2 aceh4d does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure issues may temporarily affect availability. We will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and notify Users of planned maintenance.
• 13.3 aceh4d's total liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.
• 13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits aceh4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• 14.1 aceh4d collects personal data necessary for Account creation, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.
• 14.2 All personal data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and is accessible only to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• 14.3 aceh4d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

15. Amendments to These Terms

• 15.1 aceh4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via the registered email address and a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• 15.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
• 15.3 The version number and effective date at the top of this page reflect the current version of the Terms. Previous versions may be requested by contacting customer support.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aceh4d holds its online gaming licence (Curaçao). This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local legislation in Malaysia, and that it is their personal responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable Malaysian laws when accessing the Platform.

17. Dispute Resolution

• 17.1 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, Account balance, bonus application, or any other Platform matter, the User must first contact aceh4d customer support in writing via live chat or email, providing full details of the dispute including relevant dates, amounts, and transaction references.
• 17.2 aceh4d will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case the User will be kept informed of progress.
• 17.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution service designated by aceh4d's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from the support team upon request.
• 17.4 Any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local laws confer jurisdiction on the courts of the User's country of residence.
